Marion 6360 now shipping

 

We started shipping the Marion 6360 models to our customers the same day they arrived, but we pulled one out to take some quick photos to show the corrected paint colors. Here you can see the packing foam still in the railings and the lifting strap on the rear.

First of the Marion 6360's have Arrived

We just finished unloading the container with 70 of our Marion 6360 "Captain" models. We will get these out the door as quickly as possible as we know that everyone is as excited to get them as we are to ship them. We will put pictures of the model up on the blog later this afternoon or early tomorrow morning.  Be sure to watch for them.

Cat 5230 in mining white color version

We are happy to announce the addition of the mine white paint version of our upcoming CAT 5230 Mass Excavator and Front Shovel models. The white paint schemes are typically used to denote machines dedicated to reclamation efforts and make them easily identifiable from the survey planes or helicopters.

So our customers can get a better sense of how large our upcoming Cat 5230 Mass Excavator and Front Shovel brass model is, we present this comparison. Below you can see the 1:87 scale 5230 Front Shovel beside our D9T in 1:48 scale brass.

It may be difficult to visualize the size of this model because the actual machine is such a monster itself, weighing in at a mighty 350 tons.
